eh why no1 post ah. all too lazy. lazy sh*ts la ur. LOL.
frickshit. received my logsheet last monday. the day which i ran 22 rounds around sch track. frickshit sia 1. wad happened to the fartleks! damn. o in case you dunno wad's a logsheet, it's juz this piece of paper which has all the pushups and chinups and klicks you gotta do/run each wk with boxes. then each box got a value like 25 for pushups and 10 for pullups so like evrytime u do then can cancel. frickshit. anw, here's the NYDB(woohoo!) requirements:
Pushups - 250 per wk
Chinups - 150 per wk
Run - 14km per wk
WOAH. FRICKSHIT. thats wads going thru ur mind now. i know. it went thru mine the 1st time i saw it too. LOL. yea. the price of a hot bod. haiz. mwahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa.
O YEA. why like class chalet no news 1 arh. muz book leh sum1. i think is zj and bird book 1 right. sekali no more then i go find ur settle ur. now got paddle very fang bian. woohoo. carry paddle look swee swee. mwahahahahaha. ANW BOOK FASTERRRRRRR. hopefully can have more than 1 leh. even tho have to mug for mid-yrs and i have NYDB(woohoo!) training 4 times a wk in june. ah well.
